Background

Why we built Saafehouse

Saafehouse was founded in 2025 to tackle a long-standing problem: firms that hold client cash and assets still rely on manual, spreadsheet-based processes and periodic reconciliation to meet their regulatory obligations.

We set out to build a modern platform that brings trade, payment, safeguarding, reconciliation, reporting and a full audit trail into one system — giving firms, and their clients, continuous assurance that client money and assets are where they should be. Today we work with wealth and investment managers, fund managers and administrators, brokers and custodians across the UK and internationally.

Founder & CEO

Stephen founded Saafehouse to modernise how regulated firms safeguard client money and assets, after seeing first-hand the cost and risk of manual, spreadsheet-bound CASS processes. He leads the company's vision and its work with clients and the wider industry.

Sunny

Head of Operations

Sunny leads day-to-day operations, client support and service delivery - making sure every firm gets safely and smoothly up and running, and well supported, on the platform.

Finn

Head of Engineering

Finn heads the engineering team, building the secure, reliable infrastructure behind Saafehouse's reconciliation, payments and audit capabilities, with security and resilience at its core.
